1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mamayard. You may return most unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mamayard.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@mamayard.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged/incorrect product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Any item that has been opened or used
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
