Refunds & Returns
A refund or credit for the cost of unopened merchandise will be issued when the merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging included.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. There are no restocking fees for any returns.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible unopened merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service to initiate an exchange request.
Please note: Mamayard is not responsible for items opened or damaged due to high pressure/altitude. Such items will not be eligible for a refund or accepted for return.
Out of Stock Items
With Mamayard's extensive range of products and high sales volume, items listed on the e-store may occasionally be out of stock. Mamayard will promptly issue a refund for any items ordered but currently unavailable.
Products Damaged, Shipped in Error, or Not Received
All products are ensured to be free of damage and breakage when shipped from our warehouse. Despite our careful packaging, damages may occur in transit, or products might not reach their final destination.
If you receive a damaged or broken product, or if your order was not received, please contact our Customer Service at info@Mamayard.co.uk with your order number and photographic evidence.
Retain all contents, including packaging, as FedEx may require them for investigation. Mamayard will file a claim on your behalf. Please note that the claim process may take up to two business weeks. Replacement items will only be dispatched once the claim has been resolved.
Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded or credited only if the merchandise was damaged in transit or shipped in error.
Unopened Merchandise
Unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Note: During the Coronavirus pandemic, we do not accept returns of food products under this policy.
Return Exceptions
This policy does not apply to the following items:
- Tobacco products and electronic cigarettes
- Pierced jewellery and cosmetics
- Gift cards, postage stamps, E-top ups, lottery tickets, and scratch cards
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
